Technical Advisor Offshore Cranes
Your responsibilities
- Provide technical support and service for customers focused on our Offshore Crane products
- Quoting of upgrades, services and non-standards solution
- Liaise with factory for technical enquiries and feedback
- Manage special projects
- Responsible for the monitoring and correct fulfilling of the local service contracts
- Oversee customer service issues; including participation in scheduled customer service meetings
- Daily and project-based reporting to the local Head of Customer Service
Your qualifications
- An excellent knowledge of electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems (theory and practical)
- Knowledge of Liebherr products and programs is an advantage
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication skills and cultural awareness
- Strong knowledge of the English language in understanding, writing and speaking.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- A valid driver's license
Additional requirements:
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license, and passport at all times.
- Ability to travel to the U.S. for business is a must (example: B1/B2 visa)
Foreign Languages:
- English language proficiency for understanding documentation and communication.
