HR-Specialist (m/f/d)*
Creating passion: Your responsibilities
- Manage and handle all aspects of the employee life cycle
- Conduct internal and external recruitment processes
- Prepare job postings, contracts, HR-related documents, and employment references, taking into account employment, social security, and tax regulations as well as local labour law regulations
- Advise and act as a competent point of contact for managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
- Participate in and support HR-related projects (e.g. onboarding process) and change processes together with the Division Controlling Company
- Collaborate with the local works council
- Plan and implement HR-related marketing activities (e.g. job fairs)
- Develop local measures for talent retention and succession planning
- Train leadership and employees on new HR-Tools in collaboration with the division directing company
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial training with further qualification in human resources or a university degree in business administration with a focus on HR
- Professional experience in human resources, ideally in an internationally operating company
- Knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, social security, and tax law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish, German would be a plus
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills combined with a cooperative and independent working style
