There are your tasks
- Lead and develop a service team of skilled field technicians
- Plan and coordinate service tasks and resources
- Optimize processes for high-quality service, effective problem-solving, and customer satisfaction
- Manage administrative routines: budgeting, invoicing, cost approvals, reporting, and travel expense handling
- Oversee spare parts inventory, warranty claims, returns, and service vehicles
- Collaborate with key stakeholders at the Liebherr factory in Germany, including annual visits
What you bring with you
- Technical Studies and deep understanding of service operations in a technical or mechanical environment
- Experience as service leader in a complex, technical service department
- Good IT skills (ERP systems and MS Office)
- Fluency in Danish and English
- Strong leadership skills to motivate, coach, and develop individuals and teams, committed to a positive working culture
- Solution-oriented, clear communicator, open and collaborative
