Stagiaire Ingénieur Innovation (H/F)
Context:
- Implementation of the Trend radar in Liebherr Mining Division
- Cross divisional project
- Trend assessment already performed, the focus for the trainee will be to implement a professional management of the trend and technology e.g. organization, update of the information and relevant trend or technologies, community animation, adoption strategy, communication, monitoring.
- The Trend radar enables cooperation with other divisions through common language and understanding of trends.
- Insight into other divisions' projects allows for synergy creation in collaborative efforts.
Tasks assigned:
- Active participation in the implementation and development of trend management, including processes and tools in the field of Innovation Management.
- Continuous processing/maintenance of trend and technology radars/ trend and technology portfolios, including research requests or reports, content update (documentation) in collaboration with the Liebherr divisions.
- Quality assurance of trend and technology portraits, including qualified assessment in collaboration with experts.
- Active process management & execution : screening - monitoring - scouting (using search fields & search queries) with division-specific Trend Managers.
- Ensuring the integration of future themes (trends and technologies) with Liebherr Mining division-specific trends and areas of innovation, with an emphasis on coordination and communication between the different divisions.
- Propose recommendations for action for cross-divisional innovation projects and actively supporting them.
- Reporting, e.g. via specific search fields for Management Boards.
- Development and guarantee of corporate standards and guidelines concerning the procedure, methodology and semantics of trend management.
- Proactively scout partners in the defined field of interest.

- Communication and presentation skills in French, German and English.
- Technology/innovation management, business engineering or similar.
- First experience in innovation/trend management (methods/processes and applications (software)
