Agile Tester Connected Products
Responsibilities:
- Work in dynamic, agile teams and help shape our digital vision through innovative products
- Develop test scenarios and test plans perfectly aligned with product requirements
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders
- Support the development team in defining acceptance criteria for user stories and their approval
- Conduct explorative and manual testing throughout the development process of new product features
- Evaluate and transparently communicate test results, progress, and product quality within the development team
- Introduce and optimize automated testing
Competencies:
- Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent training with relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of agile software development methods (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Knowledge of various testing methods
- Experience with explorative testing during development and implementing automated regression tests will be considered as advantage
- Initial experience with test frameworks like Selenium, as well as desirable knowledge of Postman, Python, Java, and Bash/Shell scripting
- Basic understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy or Wi-Fi protocols in IoT environments would be an advantage
- Ability to define requirements for application and hardware logs and analyze them
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge in German language is a plus
- Excellent teamwork skills, ability to communicate effectively and assertively, and an independent working style are required
