Parts Interpreter
A great opportunity for a technically minded and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our market leading Mobile Crane Division based at our Yatala Branch. Reporting to the National Parts Manager, the Parts Interpreter will work as part of a small and supportive team ordering and interpreting of spare parts and provision of accurate and timely product information to Liebherr customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers order and receive correct parts
- Provide technical and product information
- Identify and secure additional parts sales opportunities
- Monitor the effectiveness of parts processes including stock control and inventory
- Picking and packing orders during peak times
- Stock takes and cycle count
About you
- Mechanical aptitude with previous experience in similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of technical drawing and manuals
- Forklift License desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
