Service Technician
Liebherr- Australia is a leading provider of tower crane services in Sydney. We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of tower cranes and hoists and you will assist rigging crews during assembly and disassembly of the Tower Crane/Hoists. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and a commitment to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tower cranes.
- Diagnose and repair Mechanical and Hydraulic faults and issues.
- Inspect and test components.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
About you
- Mechanic with Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent
- Proven experience with fixed or mobile plant mechanical maintenance and repair, preferably on cranes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
