Backoffice PMO - Controlling (m/f/d)
For our Digitalization, we are looking for a Backoffice PMO - Controlling (m/f/d) at our location in Ulm.
Your responsibilities
- Create and manage project requests, project request workflows and project overview & prepare project portfolio ratings
- Create project sheets with project managers, department managers and product owners
- Create and manage project cost and time accounts & prepare monthly invoicing with finance department
- Control project and LDC budget
- Develop PPM Tool configuration and usage
- Support finance development in budget and business planning
- Support project managers and department managers in the resource management and create reports on resource requests and allocation
- Plan and coordinate the regular project review meetings
Your qualifications
- Business vocational training or higher education
- 2-3 years of experience in PMO or project controlling/accounting
- Basic knowledge in Project Management
- Deep knowledge in ERP and/or PPM systems
- Self-motivation to constantly improve the working processes
- Project management certification could be an advantage
- Ability to speak, understand and write German and English fluently
