Service Coordinator
At Liebherr Australia, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality service and support to our customers, and due to continued growth we are looking for a motivated Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and has a strong background in coordination or administration. You will play a key role in supporting our field service operations, acting as the link between our customers and technicians to ensure work is scheduled, tracked and delivered efficiently.
We are seeking a highly organised and customer focused individual who can manage competing priorities, maintain strong relationships and ensure service jobs are completed to a high standard. If you thrive in a role where no two days are the same and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate field service work
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians
- Responding to queries and maintain good customer relations and preparation of quotations.
- Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain service records, track job progress, and manage workflow
- Assist with parts ordering, invoicing, and reporting as needed
- Monitor and track work in progress.
About you
- Ideally experience within OEM equipment or related heavy industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Ready to transition into a coordination role and support a skilled team
- Proficiency in service management systems or willingness to learn
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
