Are you an organized and friendly professional looking for a flexible part-time role? We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Liebherr-Australia based in our Erskine Park branch for two days a week (Wednesday and one other day, to be agreed upon). Additionally, the successful candidate should be available to work full-time during periods of leave for the other receptionist in a job-sharing arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

  •          Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  •          Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
  •          Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  •          Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  •          Provide administrative support as required including uniforms and stationary orders
  •          Purchase Orders and processing invoices
  •          Assist visitors/contractors with WOL, including administration of documentation.
  •    Provide coverage/assistance as required in other administration positions

About You

  •           Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  •           Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •           Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
  •           Ability to work flexibly and cover full-time hours when needed.
  •           A proactive and highly organized approach to work.
  •           Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
