Parts Supervisor
The Parts Supervisor is responsible for supporting the National Parts Manager with the provision of supervision and leadership to the Parts and Warehouse team while man-aging stock control and ensuring parts advice, dispatch and services are provided to our customers.

Supervise and mentor a small team in, interpreting and warehousing

Responsible for service and customer orders relating to spare parts; pricing, parts, availability of stock and order enquires

External customer sales, including counter and phone sales

Identification of the correct spare parts to ensure the customer receives the goods in full and on time.

Oversee end to end processing including warehouse duties receiving, pick/pack/ship

Facilitate the implementation of policy, procedures, and systems.
About you

Certificate III in Logistics or similar
-
Previous experience in a fast-moving spare parts department
-
Parts Sales Experience - Parts interpreter or technical support experience and knowledge within mobile cranes or related industries such as construction / mining equipment, agriculture, material handling and/or automotive industries

High Risk Forklift ticket

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Analytical skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated and solution focused

Professional with demonstrated natural ability to work collaboratively with management and teams

Hands on with an honest and genuine approach.
