Market and Sales Analyst
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Sales and Market Analyst to join our Earthmoving Division, supporting Australia and New Zealand operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing market, competitor and industry trends, and will play a critical role in analysing sales data to identify opportunities that support decision-making.
This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse competitive landscapes, including competitor strategies, market share, and product offerings.
- Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain market reports, forecasts, and dashboards to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to provide insights that enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales efficiency, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Enhance CRM functionality and utilization.
- Ensure compliance with QA and HSE policies.
About you
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a same or similar industry
- Bachelor’s degree or above, specialised in business analysis disciplines
- Skilled in data analysis, report writing
- Proficient in CRM systems, Power BI and MS Excel skills.
- Strong communication, customer service, and project management.
