To provide customer support for Parts requirement, and processing customer’s Parts order in timely manner.
Your responsibilities
Main Responsibilities are :
- Create quotation from customer's inquiry or purchase requisition, and follow up for Purchase Order.
- Follow up, Monitor, and prepare necessary supporting documents to process customer’s Purchase Orders.
- Create and maintain Sales Order process on internal system from customer's confirmed Purchase Order.
- Ensure accuracy of Plan Delivery Date on Sales Order and make alteration if necessary.
- Collaborate with Warehouse & Logistic team for Parts delivery plan to customer.
- Retrieve completed Delivery Notes after Parts Supply for invoicing documents completion.
- Attend Customer’s weekly/bi-weekly/monthly meetings if required.
- Act as Parts Sales point of contact on customer’s job site.
- Carry out any other tasks related to work as allocated to you by your superiors.
Your qualifications
- Education Min D3
- Experience in the Heavy Mining Equipment Industry.
- A high standard of personal work ethic.
- English verbal and written communication skill.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
