PARTS SOURCING CO-ORDINATOR

−          Coordinate and expedite the procurement of local parts

−          Communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

−          Maintenance of the pricing platform

−          Resolution of problems

−          Ensuring all purchase orders are valid and current

−          General office duties and administration

−          Sourcing and negotiating with local suppliers for the procurement of alternate goods in accordance with local procurement policies and procedures

−          Handling of day-to-day purchase requests for spare parts

−          Ensuring all purchase orders on the system are current and up to date

−          Expediting open purchase orders

−          Ensure Internal customers are kept up to date with ETA’s, supply delays etc.

−          Resolving of supply queries regarding quality, over and under supply etc.

−          Monitor Supplier performance and SLA’s

−          Ensure the pricing platform is kept up to date with all variances between local and factory prices

−          Ensure that all technical specifications are effectively communicated between Suppliers and Customers
