Warehouse Administrator
Responsibilities
- Dispatching orders
- Raise purchase orders, invoices and claims
- Monitoring logistics, emails, quotes, RPL’s, phone calls
- Address customer/supplier queries
- Updating data bases
- Filing and generating reports
- Participation in stock take support activities
- Process deliveries, update manifests and book online courier pick-ups.
About You
- Desirable Certificate III in Business Administration
- Advance MS Office computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer focused
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative and self-drive with problem solving skills
