The position holder is responsible for all sales & operations matters related to the Appliance’s Flagship Store. They will be fully responsible for smooth daily operations, including regular sales & marketing events that attract our target audience.

What You Can Expect of the Job

  • You’ll maintain and ensure a welcoming, customer-friendly environment of our Flagship Store’s appearance, to the highest standards.

  • You’ll stay up to date with Liebherr product features and pricing.

  • You’ll serve and attend to customer needs (walk-ins/calls/email) by providing professional assistance and information on product features.

  • You’ll prepare quotations, ensure timely payment and handle purchase transactions.

  • You’ll identify, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies targeted at trade channels such as interior designers, architects.

  • You’ll assist to set up and manage event collaborations with cross branding partners, e.g. organise wine tasting events.

  • Any other duties as assigned.

What We Expect of You

  • Diploma or equivalent in Sales/Marketing or related fields.

  • Relevant experience in showroom management for a premium/luxury brand.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

  • Strong experience in liaising with interior designers/architects/developers on product sales.

  • Able to read and understand shop drawings, i.e. with cabinetry.

  • Experience in sales / marketing event management is an asset

  • Experience in eCommerce / event organization (high end target) is a plus

  • Willingness to achieve high knowledge of Liebherr Appliance products

  • Familiar with consumer buying behaviour.

  • Ability to perform under pressure and address customer complaints in a timely manner

  • MS office skills

  • 5.5 working days.

  • May require working overtime during events.
