Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming repair/spare parts enquiries;
  • Handle customers’ spare PO and repair order, create orders in system, follow-up with repair stations and OEM for on time delivery;
  • Monitor repair order & spare order delivery performance, coordinate with OEM and logistics department about shipment issue;
  • Make quotation, issue invoices according to daily shipping information;
  • Provide exchange or loan services for repair activity;
  • Provide AOG support to customers;
  • Support PP provisioning for landing gear overhaul project and workshop repair;
  • Provide orders status report to customers on weekly basis;
  • Maintain up-to-date records in system;
  • Work with billing & payment specialist for payment collection and solving dispute of invoice;
  • Coordinate with Finance department to properly handle existing activities and new business;
  • Coordinate with the other functions for customers-related topics;
  • Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • Economy & commerce related major is preferred
  • 3-5 year work experience or equivalent work experience in order management, aerospace industry experience is preferred;
  • Knowledge of order management;
  • Basic knowledge of import & export;
  • Proficient in using ERP system;
  • Fluent Chinese and good oral and written English;
  • Proficient computer skills, especially MS office, excel;
  • Time management.
