Responsibilities

  • Basic helpdesk tasks , e.g windows OS updates, virus updates               
  • IT documentation             
  • IT security support                   
  • Other IT tasks to be assigned by supervisor  

Competencies

  • Major in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar             
  • Knowledge about Microsoft system
  • Basic skill in written and oral English             
  • Can work at least 3 days/week
