IT Test Coordinator
For our IT Office we are looking for an IT Test Coordinator at our location in Radinovo.
Your responsibilities
- Independent planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of test activities in the software development process
- Creation of test plans and coordination of the test team
- Quality assurance of new test cases and monitoring of test quality
- Close coordination with the cross-functional IT architect for early risk detection and initiation of appropriate measure & liaison with project managers, developers, QA
- Target group-specific preparation and presentation of test results for various committees, including management
- Establishment and continuous optimization of test management methods, standards and processes, including training and coaching
- Setup and maintenance of test environments & support with test automation
- Opportunity to take on partial project management responsibilities within 1–2 years
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in (business) information technology, industrial engineering or comparable field of study/education
- Many years of professional experience as a test coordinator or project coordinator with a focus on test management in classic and agile project management
- Experience in working with test automation solutions (e.g., Playwright)
- Solid technical and business process and methodology expertise, ideally with practical experience and knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Goal-oriented, decisive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills and high quality awareness
- Structured, systematic and detail-oriented approach to work & a high degree of flexibility
- Strong English communication skills are required, German skills are a plus
