IT Business Solution Analyst
For our global IT we are looking for an IT Business Solution Analyst at our location in Radinovo.
As an IT Business Solution Analyst, you will shape the digital future of our processes together with our German business units. You will work with modern ERP systems such as INFOR, analyze workflows, and develop solutions that deliver real added value. Your responsibilities
- Support and manage company-wide software implementation, migration and rollout projects
- Collaborate closely with IT Development, business departments, and external service providers
- Design and enhance software solutions in the ERP or WebShop environment
- Set up, maintain, and manage interfaces to and from subsystems
- Take responsibility in IT-related projects as Consultant / IT Coordinator (m/f/d)
- Provide 2nd-level support to business units through consulting, analysis and troubleshooting
- Participation in on-call duty for troubleshooting IT systems
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Solid professional experience in the ERP environment, preferably INFOR, or experience in building and managing WebShop systems (Front- and Backend)
- Proficient in SQL programming
- Strong process-oriented thinking and ability to analyze and optimize complex business processes
- English skills are mandatory and the prerequisite for strong communication skills in international and local contexts: good German skills are an advantage
- Team player, flexible and structured in your work approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel frequently during the training period is desirable
