Senior Engineer - Operative Purchase (BU-Drives)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and update comprehensive purchasing records and purchase orders systematically. 

Prepare detailed reports summarizing purchase activities, order values, and relevant insights.

Oversee and monitor routine purchasing tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinate with user departments and suppliers for project-related purchasing tasks.

Handle and monitor claims to factories and vendors for defective or missing parts.

Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.

Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.

Monitor and coordinate item deliveries to ensure timely receipt.
Ensure purchases align with specified requirements and Plan and manage optimal inventory levels of materials and products
