Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities
- Design and optimization of Gears, Gearboxes, Drives & Bearings whilst taking account of technical, scheduling
and financial aspects (design to cost from the customer requirements) - PLM management (BOM creation, lifecycle promotion, etc)
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with the corresponding departments within the project environment
- Tolerance stack-up
- Cooperation with component suppliers for the clarification of technical properties of components and common
component development (co-design) - Contribute to FMEA
- Bearings calculations and selection.
- Support local component development with respect to cost and quality.
Contributing your strengths: Your qualifications
Qualitfication:
- Successfully completed studies (university / technical college) in the field of mechanical engineering / automotive
manufacturing
Experience:
- More than 8 years of experience in similar field
Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
- Knowledge in various manufacturing processes, Materials of gears.
- PTC Creo
- Windchill / Albatross
- Kisssoft / Kisssys
- Autonomous, committed, Flexible, organised, work ethics and integrity.
- Ability to work and communicate with multicultural global team.
- Proficient in using MS Office Tools
