Roles & Responsibilities :

Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
-
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
-
Extend Power Platform solutions using custom development in .NET
-
Integrate Power Platform with enterprise systems and APIs
-
Identify and implement process automation opportunities across business functions
-
Ensure governance, security, and best practices in Power Platform usage
-
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Power Platform applications
-
Maintain documentation and user guides for developed solutions
-
Conduct training sessions for end users and stakeholders
-
Collaborate with international IT teams and business users

Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience
-
4–6 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
Preferred Skills / Special Skills
-
Strong hands-on experience with:
-
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)
-
Power Automate (flows, approvals, integrations)
-
Experience extending solutions using C#/.NET
-
Working knowledge of Angular or modern frontend frameworks
-
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD)
-
Experience with API integrations and connectors
-
Knowledge of SQL and data modeling
-
Familiarity with ALM, governance, and environment strategy in Power Platform
-
Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Jira)
-
Exposure to enterprise IT environments and international teams
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
