We are looking for a motivated Administrator to join our Tower Cranes division based in our Pinkenba branch. Working as part of a supportive team you will be an all-round administrator who can work independently and use your exceptional organisation skills to provide administrative support across a variety of tasks to the operations, on-site crane crew, service and safety team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weekly Payroll data processing
  • Submission of safety documentation for projects
  • Assist in maintaining safety compliance and training records.
  • Purchasing and Accounts Payable workflow
  • Organise travel
  • Addressing customer queries
  • Processing Expense Claims
  • Uniform and office supply orders
  • Update and manage data bases, filing and archiving.

About you

  • Enjoy working within a close-knit team
  • Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and SharePoint
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
  • Initiative and self-drive
  • Able to work autonomously.
