Liebherr-Australia is seeking a highly organised and proactive Training Coordinator to join our National Training team based in Perth. Reporting to the National Training Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting the delivery and administration of technical training programs across Australia and New Zealand. This position is ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training schedules, class bookings, and learning program allocations
  • Manage training records, assessments, and learning data within TrainingHub
  • Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics for trainers and trainees
  • Raise sales orders, process quotes, receipting, and purchasing activities
  • Coordinate training room setup, catering, certificates, and facility requirements
  • Generate utilisation, compliance, effectiveness, and feedback reports
  • Maintain accurate databases, filing systems, and administrative processes
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, RTOs, TAFEs, and external training providers
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across training operations initiatives and administrative efficiencies

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within a Training, Learning & Development, or Training Administration environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence working across multiple systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating training schedules and maintaining training records
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach

 

Highly Regarded

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Exposure to ERP systems
  • Knowledge of technical training environments or heavy industry
  • Power BI reporting experience (desirable not essential)
