Product Validation Lead
The Opportunity:
Liebherr Australia is seeking a Product Validation Lead to be responsible for the coordination and supporting the reporting of the DVP Execution plans for T 264 development projects by ensuring efficient communication flow between the different stakeholders both internal (Liebherr factories and affiliate) and external (Fortescue). Scope of Validation work includes but is not limited to T264 BET and T264 AHS development programs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support the management and reporting on the DVP. Maintain and report progress and raise issues across validation activities on all environments, inclusive of schedules, resource planners, DVP execution documentation
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyses information skilfully, develops alternative solutions, works well in group problem solving situations and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics
- Effective co-ordination between various Factories, LED, LAS Engineers, LME Engineers, Technical Support and other stakeholders engaged in the successful design of Power System Integration systems.
- Documentation, monitoring and analysis of power system validation designs and traceability.

Skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree qualification plus at least 1 year of experience OR at least 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of Liebherr products is highly desirable
- Ability to travel internationally.
