We are currently looking for skilled Product Support Representative to join our team on a 5 on 2 off roster from Perth.
Skills and Duties
- Monitoring onsite Liebherr equipment with particular focus on recommending corrective remedies to sustain / improve equipment condition and performance
- Identify potential risks associated with inventory levels, considering equipment age, operations factors and maintenance
- Recommend corrective remedies to sustain or improve equipment condition & performance
- Assisting with and conducting diagnostics evaluation of equipment failures and product faults while mentoring onsite personnel
- Inspect plant and equipment for conformity
- Diagnose and repair OHT Components including diagnostic analysis on Hydraulic/Electrical systems
- Perform high level modifications/repairs to D9812 engine components as required
Qualification and Experience
- Liebherr D9812 engine experience essential
- Relevant Certificate III with 2 years experience, relevant Certificate IV with 12 months experience or 3 years experience in lieu of qualifications.
- Liebherr T264 OHT experience desirable
- Proven track record of high-level customer support
- Customer focused, great attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills
- Current driver’s licence (C class minimum)
- High Risk Licence LF, DG, EWP and WAH desirable
