Product Support Advisor
The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a skilled Product Support Advisor to join our team
Skills and Duties
- Monitoring onsite Liebherr equipment with particular focus on recommending corrective remedies to sustain / improve equipment condition and performance
- Identify potential risks associated with inventory levels, considering equipment age, operations factors and maintenance,
- Assisting with and conducting diagnostics evaluation of equipment failures and product faults
Qualification and Experience
- Liebherr OHT experience essential
- Certificate III Electrotechnology (HV)
- Proven track record of high-level customer support
- The ability to provide accurate and timely advice
- Customer focused, great attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills
- Inspect plant and equipment for conformity
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and manuals
- Maintain, overhaul and test electrical/electronic equipment
- Repair Vehicle/Plant Electrical Components including diagnostic analysis on electrical systems
- Perform modifications to wiring looms and electrical components
