About the Role:
Reporting to Liebherr Australia’s National Inventory Manager– you will be responsible for the coordination of short-term inventory requirements including urgent expedition of parts to site, validation of sales orders to ensure alignment with exchange plan/forecast and lead time, and ccommunicate uncertainty in supply or demand to relevant stakeholders up and down stream.

Skills and Duties:
With an immediate start available, you will be required to:
- Provide effective analysis and reporting with useful insights that drive continuous improvement and identify risk.
- Plan efficient communication and deliver accurate advice relating to parts interpretation from Liebherr catalogue, inventory availability, and core return process and performance.
- Co-ordinate the implementation of any actions required to be taken to facilitate the implementation of any inventory related Customer Service Information (CSI) or quality issue - inclusive of inventory issues within service CSI’s.
- Ensure all documentation relating to the role is in place, controlled and up to date.
- Initiate recommendations for improvement of the organisation’s policies and processes.
- Have a strong commitment to safe work environment and continuous improvement.
- Be a self-starter and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Essential Requirements:
- Certificate II Warehousing & Storage or Sound industry experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Certificate III in Logistics
- Relevant parts experience
Desirable Requirements:
- Certificate IV Purchasing
- Exposure in the use of BAAN IV ERP system
And most importantly … demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers!
Those candidates successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening which includes drug and alcohol testing.
