About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Manager – Transformation to join our Customer Support division, based in Adelaide or Perth. This key leadership position will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Transformation projects that drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across Australia’s mining operations.

Reporting to the General Manager, Strategy and Compliance, you’ll lead cross-functional project teams, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risk, and ensure delivery of high-impact initiatives on time, within scope, and budget. This role is ideal for a commercially astute and proactive leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, enjoys adaptive problem-solving.

Skills and Duties:

In this highly influential role with an immediate start:

  • Lead and manage transformation project execution from initiation to completion, optimising resource allocation, governance, and risk management while ensuring HSE and quality compliance
  • Drive business transformation, supporting operating model redesign, process improvement, and international expansion.
  • Partner nationally and globally with senior leaders to translate long-term vision into actionable roadmaps, and deliver executive-level presentations, forecasts, and reports
  • Coordinate reporting across business, performance tracking, and data-driven reviews across functions to identify and bridge gaps, and course-correction opportunities
  • Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, HR and Customer Service to drive alignment, transparency, and effective delivery of cross-functional priorities
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing project team (up to 12 staff), fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional excellence

 

Essential Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience navigating large-scale organisational change and transformation
  • Proven experience delivering complex, high-impact projects in large organisations or complex environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams (up to 12 people)
  • Strong change management experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, operational capability, problem-solving, and risk management skills
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Process) or Project Management
  • Experience working across mining, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries

Desirable Requirements:

Ideally you will have:

  • Over 10 years of relevant industry and leadership experience
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Regional or international project exposure
