HD Mechanic
We are currently looking for skilled HD Mechanics to move forward into a Product Support Advisor role in the near future to join our team on a 7:7 Days only roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring onsite Liebherr equipment with particular focus on recommending corrective remedies to sustain / improve equipment condition and performance
- Identify potential risks associated with inventory levels, considering equipment age, operations factors and maintenance
- Assisting with and conducting diagnostics evaluation of equipment failures and product faults
About you
- Mobile Plant Mechanic trade or equivalent trade with Hydraulics and Tracks and Undercarriage units completed – essential
- Proven track record of high-level customer support
- Liebherr excavator expereince essential
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- The ability to provide accurate and timely advice
- Customer focused with great attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills
