About the Role
About the role
Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor , an opportunity has arisen for an all-round administrator who can work Part Time – 5 days Per Fortnight (W, Th, F, M, Tu), whilst contributing to the broader Perth Administration team including some EA duties once a week.
Duties
- Greet clients and manage front desk reception
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Respond to internal and external enquiries
- Provide general support to staff and executives (EA Duties)
- Obtain quotes, raise purchase orders and process invoices
- Manage contractor onboarding and compliance through WOL
- Manage uniform ordering, consumables, and stationery inventory
- Maintain and update databases & systems
- Assist in the development and maintenance of business processes and procedures
- Perform general administrative tasks
Competencies
Skills & experience
- Cert IV in relevant discipline OR minimum 3 years relevant Administrative experience
- MS Office computer literacy and proficiency
- High attention to detail
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Self motivated and takes initiative
- Able to solve problems efficiently
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Able to identify and resolve potential issues
- Analytical skills
- Customer service skills (advanced)
