Customer Support Supervisor
About the role
Liebherr Mining Australia is seeking a Customer Support Supervisor in providing exceptional warranty and administrative support to customers at our Perth branch. This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused leader with a focus on operational excellence and efficient warranty management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a dynamic team of warranty administrators, front desk staff, and facilities coordinators to ensure the smooth, efficient processing of claims and compliance with company policies and OEM guidelines.
- Lead the entire warranty lifecycle, optimizing claims, audits, and recoveries from Liebherr Factories, while collaborating with service, parts, and finance teams for operational excellence.
- Provide valuable insights to the Commercial Manager to improve warranty processes, boost customer satisfaction, and optimize facility maintenance.
- Oversee customer queries, account applications, escalations, service scheduling, and purchase orders.
- Foster a results-driven environment, motivating the team, setting clear goals, and ensuring accountability to achieve KPIs and maintain service excellence.
About You
- Diploma or degree in business administration or a related
-
field (preferred).
- At least three (3) years of relevant mining, construction equipment, or automotive experience.
- Previous experience within a Warranty specialist role or service administration (desirable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Work in a team environment with a “Can Do” attitude.
