Customer Support Manager - Perth (MIN)
An exciting opportunity existing for an experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team.
Your main focus will be the provision of effective leadership, management and coordination of allocated projects, which includes liaising with the Customer and their service providers to ensure efficient operation on Liebherr excavator fleet. In addition, using your experience and knowledge you will effectively communicate the recommended corrective remedies to sustain and improve equipment condition and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and direction enabling the Site based team to achieve its project deliverables
- Develop, implement and deploy project; plans, scope and costs schedules and risk mitigation strategies
- Effectively identifies and resolves problems, gathers and analyses information, develops alternative solutions using Team and Key Stakeholder synergies
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Stakeholders and Customers
- Maintain and develop Team capability that provides effective delivery of design and integration services
- Ensures compliance to relevant HSE and QA processes that support design and implemented
- Maintains positive and harmonious working relationships
About You
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team of employees
- 3-5 years’ experience in Customer relationship management with proven deliverables
- Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) Diesel Fitter or Mobile Plant (desirable)
- Previous Liebherr Excavator knowledge advantageous
- Proven track record of high-level customer support
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
