Commercial Supervisor
Support high quality financial and administrative team to keep Liebherr operations run smoothly.
The Commercial Supervisor leads and oversees day to day administrative and financial processes ensuring timely, compliant and high quality outputs that supports our commercial operations. The role supports operational efficiency and governance by managing accounts receivable, CAPEX, purchase orders, expense claims, insurance claims, payroll, timesheets, WIP, and administrative reporting, while providing actionable insights and KPI reporting to support management decision-making.
This role is a critical administrative leadership position responsible for supervising core finance and office administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Provision of Timely and Effective Financial and Administrative Support, Including but not Limited to:
- Oversee accounts receivable processes, including credit limit reviews, revenue assurance, and debt recovery.
- Manage CAPEX reporting, purchase orders, expense claims, and insurance claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and approvals.
Operational Support
- Support sales order releases and administration of customer and supplier setups.
- Support Work in Progress (WIP) management, ensuring timely completion and accurate tracking of jobs.
- Provide KPI monitoring and reporting for debtors, WIP, and other administrative processes to support management decision making.
Governance & Internal Engagement
- Ensure accurate payroll timesheet processing, cost allocation, and invoicing.
- Support the Commercial Manager on matters related to administration, governance, and internal controls.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies and site administration standards
About you
The role is ideal for someone who thrives in an operational support environment, enjoys maintaining strong internal controls, and brings a passion for accuracy, governance, and stakeholder collaboration
- Diploma in Business administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years proven experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Preferably experience in construction, mining or heavy equipment industry
