Group Reporting System Expert and Project Lead (m/w/d)
Join the Liebherr Group Accounting and Reporting Systems team as a pivotal member of our financial reporting transformation journey. Key responsibilities include:
Tasks:
- Lead the implementation of the Tagetik FP&A solution across our divisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure the new Tagetik FP&A module is fully integrated with existing modules, including Consolidation, ESG, and Global Minimum Tax, to create a unified and efficient reporting platform.
- Participate in the enhancement, optimization, and maintenance of Tagetik modules, cementing its role as our primary CPM tool.
- Promote system enhancements and automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of Tagetik with ERP and BI tools.
- Partner with finance, IT, and operations teams to elevate data governance, streamline financial processes, and maintain data integrity.
- Serve as a CPM systems expert by training and supporting internal stakeholders on best practices.
- Champion the digital evolution of financial planning and reporting by aligning systems and tools to meet evolving business needs.
Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business IT.
- Proven logical and analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- A passion for continuous learning, staying ahead of industry advancements.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); very good German skills and French is a plus.
- Strong project management mindset with the ability to handle complex implementations.
- 7+ years of experience with CPM tools, including at least one successful end-to-end planning solution delivery.
- Expertise in Tagetik is mandatory, including experience with at least one complete CCH Tagetik implementation cycle.
