Group Internal Auditor (m/f/d)
Liebherr-International AG, headquartered in Nussbaumen, Switzerland, is the holding company of the Liebherr Group. It performs group-wide functions in the areas of Finance, Compliance, Human Resources, Legal Affairs, Internal Audit, Corporate Communications, and Insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits at domestic and international group companies.
- Analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing business processes, as well as developing practical recommendations for improvement.
- Following up on audit findings and monitoring the implementation of agreed corrective actions.
- Advising group companies on matters related to Internal Control Systems (ICS), Corporate Governance, and Compliance.
- Analyzing and evaluating financial and management reporting of group companies.
- Preparing clear, concise, and audience-focused audit reports and presenting audit results to management.
Your Profile:
- A successfully completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field from a university or university of applied sciences.
- At least three years of professional experience in internal auditing, external auditing, public accounting, or a comparable environment.
- Willingness to obtain the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification or an equivalent professional certification.
- Strong affinity for information technology, as well as an interest in data-driven audit approaches and digital technologies.
- Solid understanding of business processes and economic principles, combined with strong analytical thinking skills.
- A self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the confidence to operate effectively in an international environment.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to undertake international business travel of approximately 30%.
