The Warehouse Operations Manager coordinates, directs, and manages all activities for the warehouse 
operations. The Warehouse Operations Manager is expected to have proficiency in all areas of 
warehouse operations. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and assures the proper use of the company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system 
    for the transaction of sales, purchase receipt, shipping and re-distribution requirements. 
  • Analyzes warehouse workload to estimate worker hours and creates schedules that meet both 
    internal and external needs for Receiving, Warehouse, Shipping and our Dealers. 
  • Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met. 
  • Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve employee efficiency, equipment 
    performance, and quality of services. 
  • Ability to adapt warehouse processes and configuration to evolving product line and technology 
    (WMS). 
  • Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase department efficiency. 
  • Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems. 
  • Oversees proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. 
  • Assures the accuracy and quality of information on all warehouse operations documents. 
  • Works with the Warehouse Operations Leads to balance the workflow on a daily basis. 
  • Assures the proficiency and proper training of all warehouse operations employees. 
  • Strives to keep costs within budget. Monitors revenues and/or expenses to ensure sound fiscal 
    responsibilities. 
  • Manages proper documentation for all inventory adjustments. 
  • Ability to work within semi manual inventory processes 
  • Directly responsible for the accuracy of parts inventory in the warehouse. 
  • Management of bi-annual inventory counts. 
  • Knowledgeable in 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) 
  • Knowledge or INCOTERMS / ability to generate shipping documentation (Colli List / BOL)\ 
  • Directly manages the Warehouse Operations Lead(1) and Warehouse Associates (~4-6) 
  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of Warehouse Operations team. 

Competencies

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience or a combination of education and 
    experience equivalent to 8 or more years.

Our Offer

Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00
