Managerial Accountant I / II
The Managerial Accountant supports financial reporting, operational decision-making, financial planning, and business performance through accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. This role analyzes financial and operational information, identifies trends and variances, resolves accounting issues, and provides financial insight to management and cross-functional business partners.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties:
- Perform and analyze month-end, quarterly, and year-end accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Analyze inventory, rental fleet/fixed assets, contracts, commissions, tariffs, and other specialized accounting activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial results, budgets, forecasts, management reports, and budget-to-actual variances.
- Investigate financial and operational variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform and participate in financial reporting, inventory valuation, audits, physical inventory activities, and internal controls.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to research and resolve accounting and operational issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, systems, automation, and internal controls.
- Participate in and/or lead special projects and initiatives based on assigned level.
Competencies
Education and Experience:
Managerial Accountant I:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
- 0–3 years of accounting, finance, managerial accounting, financial analysis, or related experience and/or training.
Managerial Accountant II:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting, finance, managerial accounting, financial analysis, or related experience

Pay Range
- Level 1: $61,000.00 - $73,000.00
- Level 2: $73,000.00 - $88,000.00
