Digital Solutions Specialist
The overall responsibility of the EMT Digital Solutions Specialist is to monitor and manage the multiple support systems and latest technologies introduced by the Liebherr EMT factories in order to support Liebherr machines and customers in the most timely and efficient manner. System administration, development and implementation of new technologies as well as training support within LUS-EMT and the dealer network will be a continuous process needing a high level of attention and focus. Current systems support will include but not limited to: MyLiebherr, LiOS, Bulletin Manager, LiDAT, remote service.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
- Promotion of new and developing technologies within the dealer network
- Liaise between dealer users and IT department both locally and internationally handling development requests and systems issues.
- Develop, perform and maintain software registration, licensing, distribution, and invoicing procedures.
- Develop training materials for systems and provide training to users both internal and external as necessary.
- Work closely with management to prioritize business system goals and information needs.
- Provide support and problem resolution for business applications.
- Creates and communicates best practices, methods, standards, and processes.
- Records, tracks, and communicates resolutions of customer issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Competencies
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of work experience supporting IT inventory systems or in related field.
Additional Requirements:
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.

Pay Range: $89,000 - $105,000
