The Commercial Manager is responsible for the timely and effective analysis of branch financial results and partnering with relevant stakeholders to identify strategies/initiatives that improve financial performance. The Commercial Manager is responsible for defining, assessing and coordinating the improvement of customer service metrics and closely works with the business analyst to present the data through effective models to management. This includes the analysis of trends, changes and KPIs in close coordination with executive leadership. Additionally, the commercial manager supports the legal point of contact in preparing case evidence and documentation.

 

The Commercial Manager will be the main contact for customer service management and their teams to improve understanding, insight, efficiency and effectiveness of operations and processes within the LUS-LWE service department based on analytical evaluation.


The Commercial Manager manages and communicates with customers on updated service information such as letters, bulletins and modifications.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze department/branch results and work with relevant Managers/Supervisors to develop countermeasures to improve financial performance.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for allocated internal customers.
  • Working on LISA, Power BI Reports, BAA and all other related service programs.
  • Create reports and queries using MS Access and/or BI applications.
  • Prepares and diagrams detailed work instructions for all designed and developed BI reports.
  • Implements progressive improvement to the quality and reliability of data within the actual tools through direct projects with the Customer Service Team and IT departments.
  • Identifies training opportunities based upon errors detected in the systems.
  • Contributes to the development of the Branch’s annual operational plan, travel to the LUS-LWE relevant US branches where required to implement procedures / strategies.
  • Provide effective leadership and direction to Branch Administration Team in coordination with the service management team.
  • Initiate recommendations for improvement of the organization’s policies and processes.
  • Gathers case evidence and documentation by preparing files and inputting information from records, statements, and other documentation to support the legal point of contact.
  • Responsible for the correctly worded modification notices.
  • Responsible for following up with customers on modification letters and documenting dates as well as customer feedback to those requests.
  • Responsible for the correctly worded customer service bulletins.

  • Maintains a working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner
  • Builds positive customer relationships through effective communication, establishing trust and maintaining confidentiality.
