Position: Executive/ Sr. Executive

Location: Mumbai and Delhi

Job summary: Expansion of retail footprint in the area of operation and identify growth opportunities to expand business and increase market share across channel in the region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade associates to strengthen partnerships and maximize business opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth in the assigned region by setting and surpassing sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Conduct thorough competition analysis to provide actionable insights for accurate demand forecasting by the corporate team.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales pipeline reports, evaluating sales volume and potential opportunities across various sales channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Service, and Marketing, to optimize area coverage and implement effective promotional tactics.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring product availability and proactively addressing any "out of stock" situations.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for the area, aligning with organizational goals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide regular competition analysis updates to the management team, enabling informed demand forecasting decisions.

 

Basic Education and Experience:

A Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred with experience of 3 – 5 years preferably in the refrigerator or consumer appliance industry.

 

Competency and skill :

  • Strong analytical skills to conduct comprehensive competition analysis and contribute to accurate demand forecasting.
  • Proficiency in generating and analyzing sales reports, leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with internal teams and external trade associates.
