Job summary: 

Responsible for :

  • Management and development of key accounts in Scientific & Healthcare segments (laboratories, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, research institutions)  
  • Driving sales growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion for healthcare refrigeration products
  • Handling techno-commercial discussions, tendering, and customer relationship management
  • Coordination with internal teams for product positioning, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring alignment with organizational sales strategy and compliance standards

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key accounts within Scientific & Healthcare segments
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Achieve defined sales targets (revenue, margin, and volume)
  • Execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Handle tendering processes including preparation of techno-commercial offers
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions
  • Coordinate with internal departments (service, logistics, product management)
  • Ensure adherence to pricing guidelines, company policies, and compliance standards
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events

 

Roles:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Provide technical consultation to customers for product selection and application
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Support product customization and solution-based selling
  • Maintain CRM data and sales reporting
  • Ensure timely order closure, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
  • Support internal teams with market intelligence and customer feedback

Basic Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/ engineering / Life Sciences / Refrigeration Technology
  • MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably healthcare, lab equipment, or pharmaceutical product)

Competency and skill

  • Strong leadership and customer management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Technical understanding of refrigeration / healthcare equipment
  • Knowledge of sales processes, tendering, and key account management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders
