Project Manager

As our Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of leading critical site-based projects—ensuring seamless shutdowns, major works, and strategic field service operations. You’ll manage resources, timelines, safety processes, and customer relationships with confidence and expertise. 

You’ll ensure projects are delivered efficiently and safely by coordinating teams, tracking progress, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. From implementing HSE processes to engaging with suppliers and stakeholders, your leadership will drive outcomes that align with both operational goals and customer expectations. 

You bring a strong skillset in project planning and coordination, managing customer expectations, and producing clear technical reports. Your ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and apply key safety, QA, and HSE principles ensures every project runs smoothly. With solid computer literacy and the ability to manage change and resources effectively, you’re equipped to lead in dynamic, high-pressure environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead project delivery across shutdowns and major works—supervising field teams and service technicians on-site. 

• Drive project performance—track schedules, manage budgets, and ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. 

• Champion safety & compliance—implement HSE procedures aligned with Liebherr’s Safety Management Plan. 

• Communicate with impact—coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to meet demands and exceed expectations. 

• Support continuous improvement—identify and action process improvements across service support. 

• Lead and develop your team—coach team members and provide on-the-job training to upskill future leaders. 

• Maintain exceptional standards—ensure clean, safe, and organized work environments at all times.
