Service Manager
Liebherr Australia’s Mobile Crane department are looking for a Service Manager for our Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia operations.
In this position you will become the lead of our skilled workforce and support the continued growth from a very solid foundation. The role involves supporting and developing the Service team to ensure delivery of top-tier after-sales support, meeting a range of KPI’s, Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in the market.
This dynamic role is suited for someone who is both motivated and customer focused with experience in the crane, heavy vehicle, or fleet maintenance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop customer relations.
- Manage service team and workload including warranty and product improvement works
- Continuous improvement
- Maintain implemented safety standards and ongoing safety culture.
- Pursue new and existing Service sale opportunities.
- Manage financial responsibilities for the Service department (P&L and WIP)
- Coaching and development of Service Team
About You
- Proven experience in a mechanical repair and service leadership
- Technical experience with Liebherr Mobile Cranes an advantage but not essential
- Ability to manage departmental P&L’s, quotes, WIP & invoicing; and to identify areas for improvement or additional business opportunity.
- Driven to create partnerships.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail across all areas.
- Hold a current driver’s license.
