Parts Interpreter
The Parts Interpreter is responsible for ensuring all items in and out of the warehouse are processed on time and to Liebherr standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service (external & internal)
- Accurate data entry of purchase orders into sales orders
- Monitor the effectiveness of parts processes
- Expediting
- Quoting of parts & components
- Ordering stock from suppliers and maintain accurate records, files and reports.
- Provide parts advice & support to internal & external customers
About you
- Relevant parts experience
- Analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of mining excavators and their components (not essential)
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in personal time planning / organisational skills
- Strong computer skills (outlook, excel)
