  • Own the planning, coordination and execution of training deployment activities across SAP S/4HANA, and related transformation programs.
  • Coordinate training activities across functional teams, business stakeholders, local organizations, implementation partners and key-user communities.
  • Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and ensure training plans reflect the relevant business processes, system changes and user populations.
  • Oversee the preparation and quality of training materials, ensuring consistency with agreed standards and the latest process and system design.
  • Support the execution of train-the-trainer and key-user enablement approaches to scale training effectively across countries and legal entities.
  • Drive the use of digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, training content creation tools (Articulate Rise and Synthesia) and learning management systems (SuccessFactors)
  • Define and monitor training KPIs, user readiness and feedback, and proactively manage training-related risks and dependencies.
  • Maintain effective reporting, documentation and action tracking using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Continuously improve the training delivery model, tools and ways of working across rollout waves.

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning, user adoption or change enablement within large-scale business or technology transformation programs.
  • Experience coordinating training delivery across multiple workstreams, countries or business units, and working with external implementation partners.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP or other major enterprise transformation programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis, instructional design, and role-based training approaches.
  • Familiarity with digital adoption and learning technologies such as WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, Articulate 360, SuccessFactors Learning or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Strong project management, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English is required; Spanish, German or other European languages are an advantage.
  • Proactive, hands-on and collaborative mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in an international and fast-changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, up to approximately 30%, particularly around key rollout and go-live periods.
