Join Liebherr, a global leader in engineering and manufacturing, as we advance our digital transformation journey. We are looking for a motivated Program Manager for S/4HANA rollouts and CRM integration (m/f/d) to play a key role in our global transformation programs.

 

In this role, you will lead the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA solutions across multiple countries and entities, ensuring alignment with Liebherr’s global template. You will also coordinate the integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service solutions, supporting end-to-end business processes across our Sales and Service companies.

 

You will be responsible for delivering complex, multi-country deployments, ensuring alignment between business and IT stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of quality, timeline, and scope of control. You will be part of an international, cross-functional environment that values collaboration, methodology, and long-term thinking, making a direct impact on how Liebherr operates globally.

 

The working location for this position will be in Madrid city, where we operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site. 

Creating passion: your responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end S/4HANA rollout projects across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with Liebherr’s global template, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Plan, manage, and control project execution, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies, ensuring successful delivery of rollout milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and streams (Finance, Logistics, Service, Data, BI, etc.) to ensure integrated and consistent end-to-end solutions.
  • Ensure effective integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service, aligning processes across ERP and customer engagement platforms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive rollout readiness activities, including planning, testing coordination, cutover preparation, and go-live execution.
  • Manage and monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying mitigation actions and escalating where necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and methodologies, collaborating closely with transformation governance and release management teams.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external partners and system integrators, ensuring quality of the deliverables and alignment with Liebherr’s expectations.
  • Support change management and business enablement activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Provide structured reporting to program leadership, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to support rollout execution and stakeholder alignment.

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record delivering SAP transformation projects, preferably S/4HANA rollouts.
  • Proven experience managing multi-country deployments and template-based rollouts in complex, multinational environments.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across finance, logistics, sales, and service domains.
  • Experience coordinating integrated landscapes, including ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) and CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Field Service).
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile approaches.
  • Experience working with system integrators and external partners, ensuring delivery, quality and alignment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.
  • Certifications in SAP Activate and Project/Program Management (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
