Integrations & Data Migration Architect - Microsoft Dynamics CRM (m/f/d)
Join Liebherr, a global leader in engineering and manufacturing, as we advance our digital transformation journey. We are looking for a motivated Integrations & Data Migration Architect - Microsoft Dynamics CRM (m/f/d) to play a key role in our newly established IT Shared Service Center in Madrid.
In this role, you will own and shape the integration and data migration architecture for Liebherr's global CRM solution (OneCRM), supporting its deployment across our international Sales and Service Companies. You will ensure reliable and scalable data flows between Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, master data management solutions, central data platforms, customer systems, and other enterprise applications.
You will define and govern the end-to-end approach for data migration across global rollout waves, from source data analysis and mapping through cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and final migration. Combining architectural ownership with hands-on technical expertise, you will help ensure high levels of data quality, integrity, and operational reliability. You will be part of an international, cross-functional team that values innovation, methodology, and long-term thinking, making a direct impact on the way Liebherr serves its customers worldwide.
The working location for this position will be in Madrid city, where we operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of working time spent on-site on a weekly basis.
Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end integration and data migration architecture for Liebherr's global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution.
- Define and govern integration patterns and data flows between Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, master data management solutions, central data platforms, customer systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Define and drive the data migration approach for global CRM rollouts, including source analysis, data mapping, transformation, cleansing, enrichment, validation, reconciliation, and loading.
- Establish reusable migration standards, tools, and templates to enable consistent and industrialized global deployments.
- Define data synchronization and master data exchange mechanisms, ensuring reliable and maintainable data flows.
- Coordinate data cleansing and migration readiness with business stakeholders, data owners, and rollout teams.
- Maintain transparency of critical data flows, system dependencies, data ownership, and system responsibilities across the OneCRM landscape.
- Provide technical leadership to Dynamics and integration developers, implementation partners, and other technical teams.
- Maintain architecture and technical documentation for integrations, data models, mappings, and migration concepts using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to support architecture, migration, and rollout activities.
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise application integration, data architecture, data migration, or related technical roles within complex IT landscapes.
- Proven experience designing and executing large-scale data migrations and enterprise system integrations, ideally within international transformation or rollout programs.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse, including a solid understanding of data structures and integration capabilities.
- Deep understanding of data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, synchronization, and master data management principles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure integration technologies, APIs, event-driven integration, and enterprise integration architecture patterns.
- Experience with SQL and relevant tools and technologies for data analysis, transformation, migration, integration, and validation.
- Strong architectural and analytical capabilities, with the ability to understand complex multi-system landscapes and translate them into scalable and maintainable data flows.
- Ability to combine architectural thinking with hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving, with a strong focus on data quality and reliability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across technical teams, business stakeholders, data owners, external partners, and international organizations.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German or Spanish) and relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or integration architecture certifications are considered a strong advantage.
