We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive our global Sales & Service capability within Corporate IT. The role is responsible for defining and executing the technology strategy supporting Sales, Customer Service, Commercial Operations and Customer Experience across all regions and business units. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to Commercial and Customer Leadership while leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and managing a global portfolio of applications, platforms and programs.

Creating passion: your responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global Sales & Service strategy and roadmap.
  • Own the global investment portfolio and capability roadmap.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Service and Customer Experience leadership teams.
  • Lead global transformation programs across CRM, Customer Experience and Commercial platforms.
  • Establish target architectures and technology standards.
  • Drive innovation in AI, Customer Analytics, Omnichannel Experience and Digital Commerce capabilities.
  • Manage strategic technology vendors and partnerships.
  • Lead globally distributed teams and external partners.
  • Ensure governance, data privacy, compliance and operational excellence.
  • Build and continuously evolve a modern product-centric operating model.

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT, Digital Transformation or Commercial Technology leadership.
  • Strong experience in Industrial B2B Sales, Customer Service or Commercial Operations environments.
  • Deep understanding of CRM and customer technology platforms.
  • Proven track record in managing global portfolios and budgets.
  • Demonstrated success leading large international transformation programs.
  • Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and organisational capabilities.
